This is such a cute idea for Halloween to sit on shelf or fireplace Mantel. I seen this in this years Better Homeas and Garden Halloween Tricks and Treats magazine. You take a book and using the original jacket as a pattern, cut a new one from wallpaper scraps or gift wrap. (you could also use scrapbook paper depending on the size of the book!) Embellish the fronts and spines with lettering, frames etc. Very cute!
