I was going to do this on Thanksgiving but did not have time. Before we eat Thanksgiving dinner and before the prayer we go around and say what we are thankful for. It always brings tears especially when I hear Jaycee and Jake saying they are thankful for Our Family. I listed 10 things I am thankful for but the list could go on and on. I am Thankful for so many things! Hope all of you had a Happy Thanksgiving!

Today for Thanksgiving tryed using some of my skills from the "She does hair Blog!" I just love this blog! The pictures really do not show it very well but I did two messy buns and wrapped it with Ribbon. I had to take a quick picture to show how cute she looked. I posted the blog link (she does hair!) for those that would like to check it out. I just love this blog it gives so many cute ideas! I wish I would have seen this blog when Jaycee was little. I would have loved to do all the different hairstyles. She is getting a little older so I only can do a few of them. Anyway check out the blog it has really good ideas!

I have been reading a blog site (She Does Hair!) I got this off my cousin's blog site. (Thanks Ashlee and hope you don't mind!) I love this and today Jaycee was invited to a friends party so I wanted to do something different with her hair! For all of those who know Jaycee she has stick straight hair (I always wanted straight shiny hair like hers!) anyways I wanted to try some stuff from the "She Does Hair" blog. This is what I came up with. It did not curl as great as it should because she just washed her hair and we did not have very much hairspray left. I always wondered how they did what they call "Corkscrew Curls!" So this is what I tried doing today with two knots on the top! I thought it turned out pretty cute. Not as cute as it showed on the blog but I will try again! For her hair being so straight it gave her some volume!

IT IS PRETTY SAD THAT JEFF LEAVES OUT OF TOWN FOR 1 DAY FOR WORK AND I MISS HIM SO MUCH! I CAN'T SLEEP! I REMEMBER THIS FEELING WHEN HE WENT TO THE BAHAMA'S FOR A WEEK ( FREE DEEP-SEA FISHING TRIP FROM WORK!) .I WAS SICK TO MY STOMACH AND COULD NOT SLEEP. I MISS JEFF SO MUCH HE IS MY BEST FRIEND WE DO EVERYTHING TOGETHER. I WAS THINKING TONITE HOW MUCH I TAKE HIM FOR GRANTED. I REALLY NEVER SHOW HIM HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE HIM! WE ALWAYS LAUGH EVERDAY TOGETHER. WE HAVE SO MANY INSIDE JOKES! I THANK GOD EVERYDAY THAT I MET HIM AND HAVE SHARED SUCH A WONDERFUL LIFE WITH HIM. HE IS MY EVERYTHING! (AM I MAKING YOU SICK YET?) MISS YOU PADONKEY DONK...CAN'T WAIT TO C YOU!

Tonight we went to the Rodeo with my Sister! My Sister had some free tickets and called and asked us to tag along with her. I love being with my sister and my cute niece and nephew! We also met family there...I did not get a chance to get a picture of my Brother Rickey and his Girlfriend Alyssa. It was so good to see them...it has been awhile. We also ended up sitting right by our cousin Shane and his wife Heidi. It was so fun...I have not been to the Rodeo for years! They start out with the American Flag and sang the National Anthem. It really makes me think about how wonderful America is. We have so many Freedoms we enjoy and take for granted. I think about all the people that our Fighting for our Freedom. Them being away from their family during the Holidays. Thank you to all those serving our Country!!!

Jaxen was amazed at everything! Jake says he wants to ride a sheep! Jaycee loved the Girls Barrel Racing. All of the Kids loved the Clown...he was so funny! At one point the Clown came out in a little Bus and on the side it read "The Shortbus!" he accidently ran over a fake dummy dressed up like a Rodeo Rider, caught the bus on fire and tried to put it out with a hose, had a little dog dressed up like a bull. It was so cute! The kids like the Rodeo so much but enjoyed being with their cousins just a little more! They always have so much fun together! Sis..Thank you so much for the free tickets and letting us tag along. My happiest times that I can always remember is the times I spend with you! I love you! Thanks Again!

TODAY JAXEN FOUND ONE OF HIS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER FOR "MACK" FROM THE DISNEY CARS MOVIE. I WAS SO EXCITED BECAUSE I FINALLY FOUND IT AT WALMART. TODAY I WAS CLEANING UP AND JAXEN CAME TO ME WITH HIS BRAND NEW "MACK" CAR! OOOOO LITTLE STINKER! I FOLLOWED HIM TO THE EVIDENCE (WHICH HE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO HIDE!) HE KEPT SAYING.."LOOK MACK!" HE WAS PRETTY EXCITED! I HAD TO GRAB THE CAMERA! I NEED A BETTER HIDING SPOT!

Jake came to me tonight with another one of his Great Inventions! Jake makes us laugh so hard! He says he invented it to cool your eyes down! He says it helps you see better and makes your eyes soft! What will he think of next??

I had to take a picture today of all his car stuff. We have Cars The Movie, Cars Macroni and Cheese, Cars Spegetti O's, Cars Graham Crackers. When we went to Island Park in the summer my mom introduce Jaxen to Cars. He watched it over and over the entire trip. It has not ended...my day consist of Jaxen waking up saying "I want Mater!" We recently just recorded a short 5 min. movie to our DVR from the Disney Channel. It is "Mater the Greater!" Damn them for not making it longer! I have to play it over and over...there is not much you can get accomplished in 5 min! I usually end up watching it over and over with Jaxen just becuz right when it's over Jaxen it saying "I want more Mater!" After he gets sick of that we watch the Movie and this is usually the time Mom does dishes and cleans up! I keep waiting for him to get sick of it but he keeps watching it over and over! He even has parts of it memorize and will talk with the movie "PITSTOP"!! Going grocery shopping has also been exciting..Jaxen can spot cars anywhere! No mater what it is if it has cars on it then he wants it! I swore I would never dress my kids up in Movie Chracters but I guess I was wrong! He has 3 shirts....God Forbid one to be dirty!! We must not forget the matching shoes!!

I have to admit it is pretty dang cute how much Jaxen loves Cars!

WE FINALLY GOT OUR YARD IN TODAY! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A VERY LONG TIME TO GET GRASS. THE SOD CAME AT 9:00 AM AND THE KIDS WERE UP WAITING FOR THE BIG TRUCK TO COME! WHEN IT CAME THEY WERE JUMPING UP AND DOWN! I THINK THEY WERE MORE EXCITED THEN JEFF AND I TO FINALLY HAVE GRASS. WE WORKED ALL DAY AND IT LOOKS SO NICE! NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR SPRING TO GET OUR CURBING AND TREES PLANTED AND WE WILL BE FINISHED!
