Last Weekend my mom watched the kids over night. My mom told me that all the kids were playing outside in the backyard. Jaxen came in the house sweating and breathing hard and tells my mom " I need to get dehydrated!". Needless to say this has been our funny saying all week in the house. "Get me a drink! I need to get Dehydrated!" Jaxen is 5 years old and is always making us laugh!

Some of pictures I took of Jeff and his mom with the kids while she was staying.

When Jeff mom came a visited I took her pictures with the kids and made her some picture blocks to take home. I also made her some "Cherries" blocks to put in her cute kitchen she has done in Cherries!
Made these for a friend. I painted the blocks, sanded the edges, stained, then sealed the blocks to give it an antique look.
I made these fall blocks for Jeff mom when she came to visit- for her to take home. I wanted to keep them they turned out so cute. I have to copy and make me some now.

Jeff had to work on his birthday which i think is totally unfair. Everyone should have there birthday off and it should be there own special day. I tried to make it as special as i could. We decorated the garage door with a banner that said happy birthday. I bought him a nice pair of timberland shoes, and 6 shirts and a pair of shorts and a new belt. I love this man! He is the most generous person I know. He is my Best Friend. I love you Jeff. Enjoy being 43!

This was a sad day for me. My baby went to kindergarten. I put him on the bus then got in my car and followed the bus (kinda silly now that i think about it). I cried all the way to the school driving behind the bus. It's sad to think that my very youngest is growing up. No more kids at home during school days : ( ....

Jaycee and Jake's first day of school 2011. Jake cryed and it made me sad but it didnt last for long. He loves his teacher. Jaycee looked adorable for the first day of school. She likes all her classes so far. She seems to really enjoy school a lot more this year than last year.

Some snap shots of the kids swimming and slip-n-sliding. It was hot hot hot this day!

We went to pineview this summer about three or four times. We love it at pineview! The kids will play for hours and hours in the water and making sand castles.

Jaxen wants to be just like his Dad when he grows up!
I must not forget one of the most important things that happened this summer of 2011. Our cute little Jaxen learned to ride his bike without training wheels.

I always try to make birthdays a big deal. I usually give them a choice between a party and choosing a small gift or having the money spent on them instead of a party. This year both Jaycee and Jake chose to go camping for there birthday. Here is a few pictures from camping for Jake's birthday. He is not in many of the pictures because he was off playing with his favorite person....his cousin Kaitlynn. These two are always together. So thankful that the kids have such great cousins that they get along with so good. This was a fun camping trip, my sister surprised us and came up with just herself and Kaitlynn. One of my favorite camping trip that i will always remember.

Jacob,

You are 9 years old and such a great joy! You always make us laugh everyday. You recently have given everyone in the house an Indian name. Dad is Ten Bears, mom is bigmama doe, Jaycee is squat and pee, jaxen is little bear and yours is Mighty Eagle. You talk about someday owning a horse and ask me almost weekly if I will buy you a horse. My answer is the same "maybe one day when we have land!". Jacob I think you are the most wonderful little boy a mother could ask for. You are so creative and have such a great imagination. I love this about you and I hope you always keep your imagination. You have the most kindest heart i have ever seen in a little boy. You care so much for others and you are always sharing and doing things for your little brother. You have taught me so much in life. I believe the big thing you have taught me is determination. You never give up on what you are trying to acheive and you will spend hours working to get what you want. You have taught me to laugh and be just a little kicked back in life. I wish I could share everything that I love about you....there are so many things. You make life fun! I love you so very much! God truly blessed our family by making you apart of it. Enjoy being 9! I love you! --Love Mom

Jake turned the big 9 Aug. 31. 2011. We bought him a bow and a set of new arrows. Grandma california took him to his favorite Indian store to pick out a present for his birthday. He ended up picking a little indian made leather pouch. Grandma Utah gave him money. Enjoy being 9 mighty Eagle. We love you!

On the way home from our visit to the Cabin and Yellowstone we stopped at Bear World. First time I had ever been there. We all really enjoyed going to Bear World. The kids especially like the petting zoo where they got to pet a deer, a big fat pig, a white baby elk, and baby fawn. Jaxen was really funny because he thought the tags on the animals were price tag. He kept asking how much they were. Fun vacation!
