I know these pictures are pretty gross! But i just had to post pictures! Looks all Dexterish! (Dexter is one of my favorite shows! I love that show!!) . Jeff got back surgery and is doing really good! His foot still is numb and both legs are weak. He starts physical therapy tomorrow to work on his left foot. The pain he has been having for the last year in his hips is gone : )! He is planning on going back to work in 2 weeks however if he is still in pain he may take off more. I am just glad the surgery is done and am excited for him to start feeling better and back to himself without pain!

Jake really likes to put "EX" into many of his words. I cant help but laugh inside when he says "I was so EXprised!" or "We have to EXplay our indian houses to the class!". I just correct him and laugh internally to myself! Its so cute, I love it!

This weekend Jeff and I helped Jake make a Pueblo house for his 4th grade assignment. For all that know Jake....He absolutly LOVES native american Indians!! He has been so excited going to school the last month. They have been studying about all the many tribes that came to Utah. Jake knew the inside and out of how to construct each house that the different tribes lived in. He had a very hard time deciding which house to build. Jake did the majority of the house and he had so much fun building it. After it was done he asked "Mom can we make a whole bunch of Indian house and display them all over the house? We could put some on the fireplace mantel and the kitchen table?". Jeff and I looked at each other and laughed. Jake I love your imagination! Glad ya had fun doing this project!

Friday Feb. 3 2012 Jaxen went to Super State for wrestling. Super State was at the Salt Palace in SLC. Jaxen has only been wrestling for a few months and is so amazing already. He loves it, and ask all the time when his next wrestling practice is. We hesitated signing him up for Super State but so glad we did because he place. He took 6th place in the kindergarten 45lb weight divison. I am so proud of him. There were approx. 30 kids in his bracket. Before we went down to super state I got online and reviewed the first kids profile that he wrestled. I will never forget the butterflys in my stomach as I read that kids profile. The kid he wrestled first had been wrestling since 2010 and had 17 pins and hardly any losses. I was so excited when Jaxen pinned him on his first round. I was jumping up and down! I am so proud of Jaxen and very happy that he enjoys wrestling. It is so fun to watch him wrestle. Keep up the good work Jaxen.

Another one of my many Laughs with Jeff! This was in Vegas! He went up and did Karoke! He didnt know a word of the song but played it off really well. He had everyone in the entire place laughing! He is so funny!

Your going to kill me for this! Happy Annivesary! Just one example how Jeff is always making me laugh! This day I was in the shower getting ready. We were going out and I laid out this new shirt to wear. I got out of the shower and Jeff was waiting there with my shirt on. He was joking and acting like me "Does this shirt look good on me?". ......

Sorry Jeff but you look UGLY in that shirt and you would make one ugly women ha ha! I love you!
Saturday was our Anniversary! 14 years Married! We both agreed to hold off on celebrating due to Jeff's back. We still went out to dinner after the doctor's appt! It was fun getting away for a little while. I woke up to the sweetest text from Jeff that said ..."Happy Anniversary! Being with you has been the best 14 years of my life! I could not ask for a better wife and mother of our children!". I have been so in love with Jeff and have continued falling in love over the years. He is my very Best Friend! I have so much fun when I am with him! We always choose to stay home rather than going out and I think its because no matter where we are, we are always have fun and laughing with each other! Jeff has the biggest Heart I have ever seen in a person! He is the best father in the world and he often teaches me patients by watching him with the kids. He has taught me to be a better me. I thank god for him everyday! He has made me very happy!

Dear Jeff,
You are my Best Friend! I love you so much! I am looking forward to growing old with you and sharing so many more laughs. I am also looking forward to making many more memories together! Thank you for being so good to me! Thank you for always being so patient and understanding with me! Thank you for teaching me to be a better me! Thank you for being my very Best Friend! Thank you for being patient when I forget your not a girl but I proceed to talk to you about girl things! (I have caught myself many times asking you things that a man would never ever give a shit about!...but you always just listen!) Thank you for always listening to me! Thank you for always making me happy! Thank you for always eating my chicken dinners without complaining! Thank you for texting me everyday and making me laugh! Thank you being my husband! I love you! Happy 14th Anniversary! Love you Kam.
I am a slacker. Seems like I have been starting many post with "I am catching up" and YES once again "I am catching up!". I will make it sweet and simple and make a list of everything that has been going on lately!

- Jacob had a science project due! (yes I cheated and used the one left in the closet from last year! dont judge me! ha ha!)
- Jaxen has been wrestling, wrestling, and wrestling.
-Jeff and I have been working, working, and working.
- Jaycee has been spending the majority of her time trying to figure out her math homework with absolutely no help from her parents! (we have no idea how to do that advanced math!)

So that dont seem like that much "Catching up!". Not too shabby but wait I forgot to add the BIG thing to the list! Jeff has been having some complications with his back, which quite frankly has scared the heebie jeebies out of me! About a month ago Jeff woke up and could not feel his right leg and barely could walk. He had been having some back problems for over a year so we assumed it was due to his back. We got him into a doctor and had an MRI done and the results were 1 bulged disc and 1 herniated disc in his lower back! He has been in extreme pain and has not missed a day of work! We took him to specialist he advised to try some injections to see if that would work. Jeff got the injections and waited two weeks but nothing had changed! Still the same numbness in his leg and still the extreme pain! Yesterday we met again with the surgeon and he advise Jeff would need surgery. We are now waiting for a time and date for surgery! We should get a call in a few days and it will be scheduled within the next 2 weeks. This has really been hard on all of us but especially Jeff. He hates being down and not being able to get around. I now know how much Jeff actually does for our family, and how much he helps me. It has been a trial trying to take care of everything and running the kids around....not to mention the snow shoveling which totally sucks! I am looking forward for Jeff not to be in constant pain and hoping he can have a full recovery. I know we still have a long road ahead of us and I am trying to think positive. I have said many prayers asking for the strength to get through this trial. Many days I have looked and felt like a bag lady....I will admit there was a couple days I figured out mid day I forgot to brush my teeth! I will now...today.. admit that I dont care if my teeth were brushed or my hair was done. All i care about is Jeff feeling better! It breaks my heart seeing him in so much pain! Hoping and being positive for the Best!
